Coaching
Coaching and Psychotherapy are two very different processes. The former is future focused on collaboratively formed goals towards your defined professional success and satisfaction. This process may, at times, look into the past but for the specific purpose of identifying patterns contributing to challenges that interfere with your contemporary sense of satisfaction and success.

There are as many approaches to coaching as there are goals to work towards. I use a positive psycholigy coaching methodology which leans into an evidence based strategy in addition to utilizing therapeutic skills developed as a therapist. I will not hesitate to recommend formal therapy if it becomes apparent that this would be more beneficial, and in the interest of prioritizing your well-being.
